Summary
This study looks at how starting a running program affects knee health in people with knee osteoarthritis (OA). Researchers will use MRI scans to measure changes in knee cartilage over time. The goal is to understand if recreational running is safe for those with knee OA. Participants are novice runners, some with knee OA and some without, who will be followed as they begin running.
