Summary
This study tests a new device, the GORE EXCLUDER IBE Plus Stent Graft, in 100 people with a bulging iliac artery (aneurysm). The goal is to see if it safely repairs the artery and prevents serious problems like stroke or kidney failure. Participants will receive the stent graft during a minimally invasive procedure and be monitored for complications.
