Summary
This study is collecting information on how a medical mesh called GORE ENFORM performs when used to repair different types of hernias. Researchers will track about 245 adults who receive the mesh during surgery to see how often the hernia comes back or if complications like infections occur. The goal is to understand the mesh's real-world safety and effectiveness, not to test a new treatment.
