First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026
Summary
This study looks at two different physical therapy methods—Gongs mobilization and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF)—to see which works better for women with frozen shoulder. The trial will involve 44 women aged 40 to 60 who have a frozen shoulder. Over 4 weeks, researchers will measure pain, how well the shoulder moves, and daily function to find the best approach.
