New drug combo may bridge more patients to lifesaving CAR-T therapy

Summary
This study tests whether giving two drugs—golcadomide and rituximab—before CAR-T cell therapy can help control aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned or not responded to treatment. The goal is to keep the disease in check so more patients can qualify for and receive CAR-T therapy, which offers a chance for long-term control. About 41 adults with relapsed or refractory lymphoma will take part.
