First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a training program called Goal Management Training (GMT) can help people with brain injuries improve their thinking and planning skills. About 116 adults will take part in group training sessions over 5 weeks. Some will also get daily smartphone reminders or an extra booster session to see if these additions make the training more effective. The goal is to find out who benefits most and how to improve the training.
