Summary

This study looks at how a thin layer inside blood vessels, called glycocalyx, and oxidative stress affect blood flow in people with chronic kidney disease. Researchers will compare 105 participants, including kidney patients, people with high blood pressure, and healthy volunteers. The goal is to better understand blood vessel problems and find new markers to track the disease.
