Summary

This study measured how different nutritional products affect blood sugar levels in healthy people. Fourteen healthy adults tested various nutritional drinks, and researchers took blood samples over two hours to see how their blood sugar responded. The goal was to understand the glycemic index of these products, which shows how quickly they raise blood sugar.
