Summary
This study looked at how two common diabetes pills, glyburide and metformin, work in pregnant women with gestational diabetes. The goal was to find the right doses and understand how they affect insulin and blood sugar. 177 pregnant women between 20-32 weeks took part. The results help doctors better manage blood sugar during pregnancy.
