Summary

This study is testing whether semaglutide (sold as Wegovy for weight loss) can help people reduce or stop using methamphetamine. The trial will involve 162 adults with moderate to severe methamphetamine addiction who want to quit or cut back. Researchers will compare results between participants receiving the actual medication and those receiving a placebo to see if it helps control addiction.
