Can simple buttock exercises fix your movement?

NCT ID NCT07293039

Summary

This study aims to see if a home exercise program that strengthens the buttock muscles, combined with movement training using feedback, improves movement quality better than just doing the strengthening exercises alone. It involves 38 healthy young adults who have some movement coordination issues. Researchers will measure changes in how participants perform a simple step-down test.
