Summary

This study tests whether taking glucomannan powder, a type of fiber, can improve the balance of gut bacteria in healthy adults. Thirty participants aged 20 to 65 will take either the powder or a placebo for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in gut bacteria and blood markers like cholesterol and blood sugar. The goal is to see if this simple supplement can help control gut health.
