Summary
This study is looking at whether adding a GLP-1 drug (dulaglutide) to standard insulin therapy can help regulate menstrual cycles in teenage girls with Type 1 diabetes. It will involve 50 girls aged 12-18 who have poorly controlled diabetes and irregular periods. The goal is to see if this additional medication improves menstrual regularity over 12 weeks.
