Summary

This study looks at what happens to your brain and body when you briefly stop taking tirzepatide, a medication for blood sugar and appetite. Researchers will track changes in hunger, mood, sleep, and brain activity in 40 adults aged 18-70 who are already on the drug. Participants will be studied at three points: while on tirzepatide, after a 3-4 week pause, and after restarting it for 6-8 weeks.
