Summary

This study is testing a new drug called glofitamab, both by itself and combined with standard chemotherapy, in children and young adults whose aggressive B-cell lymphoma has come back or hasn't responded to prior treatment. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and if it can shrink or eliminate the cancer. Researchers will also measure how the drug behaves in the body.
