Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called glofitamab for patients with aggressive lymphomas whose cancer returned or didn't respond after CAR-T cell therapy. The trial enrolled 67 patients across two groups with different lymphoma types. Researchers aimed to see if this new antibody treatment could control the cancer and extend survival for these difficult-to-treat cases.
