NCT ID NCT07200375

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study looks at how well and how safe a drug called glofitamab works for Chinese adults whose large B-cell lymphoma has come back or not responded to one prior treatment. About 300 participants will receive glofitamab-based therapy and be followed to see how long they live without the cancer getting worse. The goal is to find a better second-line option for this hard-to-treat cancer.
