Summary

This study tests a new drug called glofitamab, given alone or with standard chemotherapy, in children and young adults (ages 6 months to under 30) whose mature B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma has returned or not responded to treatment. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink or control the cancer. Participants will receive the drug intravenously and be monitored for side effects and response.
