Summary
This study tests whether a supplement called Glialia can reduce brain inflammation and improve balance in people with Persistent Postural Perceptual Dizziness (PPPD). Thirty adults will take either Glialia or a placebo daily for 60 days. Researchers will measure inflammation in the blood and assess walking quality to see if the supplement helps more than placebo.
