Could a daily pill help restore vision lost to glaucoma?
NCT ID NCT04784234
Summary
This study tested whether a daily medical food supplement called GlaucoCetin could improve vision in people with open-angle glaucoma. A small group of patients took either the supplement or a placebo pill for six months. Researchers measured changes in their visual field and quality of life. The study was terminated early, so its results are limited.
