Summary
This study compares two types of eye surgery for people with open-angle glaucoma that is not controlled with medication and who have already had cataract surgery. One surgery uses a laser to lower eye pressure, and the other is a standard filtering surgery. The goal is to see which is safer and more effective at reducing eye pressure.
