New study tests which glaucoma surgery works better during cataract removal

Summary
This study compares two different glaucoma surgery techniques performed during cataract surgery. Researchers want to see which method works better at lowering eye pressure and reducing the need for glaucoma medications. The trial will include 100 patients with both cataracts and open-angle glaucoma who currently use 1-4 eye pressure medications.
