Summary

This study looks at how a specific glaucoma surgery changes the eye's internal structures using a special ultrasound. About 30 adults with open-angle glaucoma will get detailed eye scans after surgery. The goal is to see if the scan findings relate to how well the surgery lowers eye pressure.
