Tiny dissolving implant tested to fight glaucoma

NCT ID NCT06964061

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a small, dissolving implant placed in the eye to lower eye pressure in people with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. About 12 participants will receive the single implant and be followed for about a year to see if it works, is safe, and how long it takes to dissolve. The main goal is to see if it effectively reduces eye pressure and is well-tolerated.
