New eye implant could ease glaucoma pressure

Summary
This study tests a small device implanted in the eye to lower pressure in people with open-angle or narrow-angle glaucoma. The goal is to see if it safely reduces eye pressure and the need for pressure-lowering drops. About 29 adults who have not had success with at least one type of eye drop are taking part.
