NCT ID NCT06903156
Summary
This study tested different doses of an investigational drug called Mexidol to see if it could help control primary open-angle glaucoma, a leading cause of irreversible vision loss. It involved 102 patients with moderate to severe glaucoma who were already managing their eye pressure. The goal was to find the best dose to help protect the optic nerve and preserve vision over time.
