Summary

This study tests whether giving free reading and distance glasses to people aged 60 and older in Hyderabad, India, can slow down age-related memory and thinking decline. Over three years, 820 participants will be tracked for changes in cognition, quality of life, falls, and mood. The goal is to see if correcting poor vision is a simple, cost-effective way to support healthy aging.
