Summary

This study tests whether giving free reading and distance glasses to older adults (age 60+) in India who need them can slow down memory and thinking problems over three years. Researchers will also check if glasses improve quality of life, reduce falls, and ease depression. About 820 people with poor eyesight but normal hearing and thinking at the start will take part.
