Summary

This study is testing an investigational weekly injection called GL0034 for adults with type 2 diabetes who are also overweight or obese. The main goal is to see if the treatment can lower long-term blood sugar levels (HbA1c) and help with weight loss over 36 weeks. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the active drug or a placebo (a dummy injection) to compare results fairly.
