Experimental cell therapy tested on patients out of options

NCT ID NCT07414316

Summary

This early-stage study is testing the safety and initial effects of an experimental cell therapy called GK01 in patients with advanced lung or esophageal cancer who have no other treatment options left. Researchers will give GK01 to 10 patients and closely monitor for side effects while checking if the treatment shows any signs of slowing the cancer. The main goal is to understand how safe this new approach is before larger studies can determine if it truly helps.
