Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety and initial effects of an experimental cell therapy called GK01. It is for adults with advanced lung cancer or esophageal cancer that has not improved with standard treatments. Researchers will give participants a single infusion of these modified immune cells and closely monitor their health and how the cancer responds.
