Summary
This study looked at how three gut hormones (GIP, GLP-1, and GLP-2) affect people who naturally have changes in the genes that control these hormones. Fifty adults with a healthy weight took part. Researchers measured blood sugar, bone markers, and heart rate to better understand how these hormones work in the body.
