Summary
This study looked at whether ginseng can help control fatigue and related symptoms like depression and anxiety in people with advanced cancers. 165 adults with solid tumors who had daily fatigue for at least two weeks took either ginseng or a placebo for 29 days. Researchers measured changes in fatigue using a standard questionnaire to see if ginseng provided more relief than the placebo.
