New gum care routine put to the test
NCT ID NCT07211061
Summary
This study tested whether a specific oral care routine could better control gum inflammation (gingivitis) compared to regular brushing. For six weeks, one group used a powered toothbrush followed by a mouthwash twice daily, while another group brushed normally with a manual toothbrush. Researchers measured gum bleeding and inflammation in 69 adults with gingivitis to see which approach worked better.
