Summary
This study tested whether using a power toothbrush followed by a mouth rinse twice daily for 6 weeks reduces gum bleeding and inflammation better than brushing with a manual toothbrush alone. 69 adults with gingivitis participated. Researchers measured gum health at the start and after 1, 3, and 6 weeks.
