New mouthwash challenges gold standard for gum health
NCT ID NCT07088666
Summary
This study aims to see if a new mouthwash called MicroRepair ABX works as well as the current best treatment, chlorhexidine, for reducing gum inflammation (gingivitis). Forty adults with gingivitis will use one of the two mouthwashes for 14 days after a professional dental cleaning. Researchers will measure gum health and check for side effects like tooth staining and taste changes.
