Summary

This study tests whether taking ginger powder for six months can reduce heavy menstrual bleeding in women with coagulation disorders. Heavy bleeding (over 80 ml per cycle) can cause anemia and pain. The study will involve 74 women, who will take either ginger capsules or a placebo during the first three days of each period for six cycles. The goal is to see if ginger can safely ease this symptom without the side effects of standard treatments.
