Summary

This early-phase study tests gilteritinib, a drug already approved for a type of leukemia, in about 40 adults with advanced ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer whose cancer has stopped responding to standard ALK inhibitors. The main goal is to check the drug's safety and tolerability. Participants take gilteritinib tablets daily and are monitored for up to 4 years.
