Can Over-the-Counter products really soothe your stomach? 1,500 people tested them
NCT ID NCT07212231
Summary
This study tested whether certain health and wellness products could improve common gut problems like bloating, belly pain, constipation, and diarrhea. Over 1,500 adults in the U.S. took either an active product or a placebo (a look-alike with no active ingredients) for several weeks without knowing which one they got. Researchers tracked changes in their gut symptoms, sleep, and overall quality of life through online surveys.
