Can everyday wellness products soothe your stomach? study investigates
NCT ID NCT06999642
Summary
This study tested whether certain over-the-counter health and wellness products could improve digestive symptoms and quality of life. 450 adults in the U.S. with digestive issues took either a real product or a placebo (a look-alike with no active ingredients) for several weeks without knowing which one they received. Researchers tracked changes in symptoms like gas, bloating, constipation, and diarrhea through online surveys to see if the products helped.
