New drug targets 'Undruggable' cancer mutation in major trial

Summary
This clinical trial is testing an experimental drug called GFH375 for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic mutation called KRAS G12D. The study aims to determine if the drug is safe, how it moves through the body, and if it can help shrink tumors. It will enroll 407 adult patients with various advanced cancers, including lung cancer, who have not been treated with a similar KRAS G12D inhibitor before.
