New digital program gets patients walking again after spinal surgery

Summary
This study tests a digital program called Get Back for people who have had surgery for a narrow spinal canal (lumbar spinal stenosis). The program uses step tracking, fear management, and behavior change to help patients increase their daily steps. About 252 adults from four clinics will take part, and their progress will be measured with activity monitors and questionnaires.
