NCT ID NCT07060963
Summary
This study tested whether a special education and coaching program helps pregnant women diagnosed with gestational diabetes adopt healthier lifestyle behaviors. Researchers compared 68 women who received the program to those who did not, looking at changes in their confidence, health beliefs, and social support. The goal was to see if this support leads to better health outcomes for both mothers and their babies.
