Summary
This study aims to understand and improve how German hospitals prepare for emergencies like mass casualties or pandemics. Researchers will analyze and compare the official emergency plans from 319 hospitals across Germany. The goal is to identify what works well, find areas for improvement, and create better guidelines for future hospital preparedness.
