Summary
This study aimed to see if a program called the Gentle Warriors Academy helps fathers improve their parenting skills and personal well-being. Researchers surveyed 731 fathers in the Atlanta area when they started the program, when they finished, and again one year later. The goal was to observe if the program was linked to positive changes in how fathers parent, work with the other parent, and feel about their role.
