Summary
This study is testing a gentle exercise method called blood flow restriction training for adults 60 and older. Participants try either light exercise with special bands or health education sessions to see which better improves strength, walking ability, and overall health. The goal is to find safe, accessible ways to help seniors stay active and independent as they age.
