Summary
This early-phase study is testing a new drug called GenSci143 in 180 adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. Participants will receive the drug and be closely monitored for side effects and any anti-cancer activity.
