NCT ID NCT07450001

First seen Mar 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests a new medicine called GenSci134 in 128 children with growth hormone deficiency, a condition where the body doesn't produce enough growth hormone, leading to slow growth. The first part checks safety and how the drug moves through the body after a single dose. The second part compares multiple doses of GenSci134 against an approved drug (Norditropin) to see which helps children grow better over 24 weeks. The goal is to find the right dose for future larger studies.
