Summary
This study tests a new pill called GenSci128 in people whose advanced solid tumors have a specific change in the TP53 gene (Y220C). The main goals are to check the pill's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. About 82 participants will take the pill by mouth, and researchers will monitor side effects and how the drug works in the body.
