Healthy volunteers test new autoimmune drug in early safety trial
NCT ID NCT06827457
First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This early-stage study tested a single injection of a new drug called GenSci120 in 58 healthy adults in China. The main goal was to check if the drug is safe and how the body processes it, not to treat any disease. Participants were randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo, and no one knew which they got. The results will help guide future studies in people with autoimmune diseases.
